- From Poughkeepsie/Highland:
- Take Route 55 (Church Street) East towards Pawling. Pass Page Lumber. Make are right at the first light after Page Lumber. Then make an immediate left into the Manchester Center Plaza. We are about 4 miles East of the Mid-Hudson Bridge on Route 55.
- From Taconic State Parkway:
- Take the Route 55 West exit towards Poughkeepsie. On Route 55, you will pass through 6 traffic lights. After the 6th light get into the left lane. You will make a left at the 7th light (Titusville Road). After turning left, you will make an immediate left into the Manchester Center Plaza.
- From New York City & Westchester County
- By Car:
Take the West Side Highway to the Saw Mill Parkway to the Taconic State Parkway. Take the Taconic State Parkway North into Dutchess County. Then follow the directions from Taconic State Parkway above for the rest.
By Train:
Take Metro North to the Poughkeepsie Station. You can take a taxi from the station to the dojo. - From Albany and New Jersey:
- Take the New York State Thruway (I 87) to the Exit 18 New Paltz. Through toll booth at exit, make right onto Route 299, take Route 299 to Route 9W. Make a right onto Route 9W South. Follow Route 9W South to the Mid Hudson Bridge. Go over the bridge ($1 toll) and go straight for about 4 miles (stay in right lane) Route 55. Pass Page Lumber. Make a right at the first light after Page Lumber. Then make an immediate left into the Manchester Center Plaza.
- From Connecticut/Pennsylvania:
- Take I-84 to the Taconic State Parkway North (Exit 16N) in New York. Follow Taconic State Parkway directions above.
