Stars and Spikes 2008

During this workshop, we will cover the basic methods of throwing the senban and bo shuriken. Pre-registered participants will receive 9 foam rubber senban shuriken as part of the seminar fee. There will be the opportunity to practice with bo shuriken as well.

This workshop is open to all.
